For many of us, every ‘um’ or ‘like’ feels like a deep flaw that creates a barrier between the knowledge & stories we hold, and the way they're received when we share them out loud.

In this seminar, we’re moving past the basic 'just pause' advice. We’re going to nerd out on the why. Where do these sounds come from? What is happening in the brain during a 'filler word'? Y qué pasa, if we're bilingual?

We'll nerd out on the data, analyze the case studies, and build a foundational understanding of how filler words happen. This is about knowing the mechanics of your voice so you can move from a place of 'I need to correct this' to a place of strategic awareness.
