Immersive Experiences
The annual ¡Latina, Presente! Public Speaking Immersive Experience is the space for you to practice your public speaking, con cultura and "say it out loud", en comunidad.
Through deep reflection, storytelling workshops, and portfolio-building activations, you step into you speaker journey.
You grow your skills, share your voice, and leave with resources that support your speaking journey beyond our time together.
Speaking Collective
Intentionally hosted on a video-based platform, the Latina, Presente Collective is our virtual stage to practice our speaking, free of pressure, and in community.
Wether you have an upcoming gig and want to practice out loud or want to engage in our weekly practice prompts and learning sessions, you'll receive real-time feedback, resources to grow your speaking skills, support in your speaking career, and be in community with other speakers.

Yvonne Armenta is an introverted first generation Mexican-American, born and raised in San Francisco, CA now living in San Diego, CA.
She founded Latina, Presente rooted in the belief that public speaking is more than a skill, it’s a practice of identity, culture, and self-expression. Leveraging her decade-long career as a Keynote speaker and communications professional in tech, she sought to create a space where we could be reminded of the direct connection between public speaking and our cultura of storytelling; where that became the foundation for both our practice, and growth as speakers.

Through personal experience and her work with entrepreneurs + communities, she explores how overthinking and the pressure to “have it all figured out” can keep us stuck, and how clarity is something we build through #imperfectaction.

🎤 Meet Kita:
Kita Zuleta is a Brand Strategist, Photographer, Speaker, + Community Builder who helps entrepreneurs, students, and emerging leaders turn clarity into action using personal branding and holistic entrepreneurship as tools to build visibility, leadership, and sustainable success.
As a first-generation Mexi-Salvi creative based in Los Angeles, Kita is the founder of Cafecito con Jefas, a community supporting women in building businesses that honor their values, energy, and real-life responsibilities [#jefalife]
Her work is rooted in lived experience. After a life-altering season in 2021 that reshaped both her life and business, Kita redefined success, shifting from hustle to sustainability.
As a neurodivergent entrepreneur living with fibromyalgia, she now teaches a model of holistic entrepreneurship that prioritizes clarity, capacity, and long-term momentum.
